We exclusively used FrontPage 2002 to develop this site. This site uses frames to control the data presentation. Data is transferred from each individual page to the Summary page using JavaScript. The navigation bar uses dynamic menu controls. The selection header uses dynamic HTML to create and update itself. The Summary page is fully DHTML built.
