I formed Burcham Insurance with one simple concept in mind. That concept is to operate a boutique type of agency that offers a specialized level of service to a smaller group of clients. By operating in this fashion, I get to know my clients much better and can anticipate their insurance needs and provide specialized products. Obviously with fewer clients, I can offer a much higher level of customer service than a larger agency.

I have been in the insurance industry for over 9 years and have held positions from a National Catastrophe Adjuster to a producer for a large agency. In that time, I have learned a great deal about the insurance industry and try to use that knowledge to the benefit of my customers in everything from claims review to accessing the appropriate level of coverage on their personal auto and home policies.

My educational background is also well suited for the insurance industry. I received my BS in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa in 1989 and a Masters in Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University in 1999. This combination of degrees gives me an excellent business back ground coupled with a liberal arts perspective.

I was born in Baylor Hospital here in Dallas in 1964, although I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After I received my undergraduate degree, I moved back to Dallas in May of 1989 and have been proud to call Dallas my home for the past 17 years. I currently live in the Lakewood area of Dallas about a block off of White Rock Lake.

I do pride myself in providing excellent customer service and I am happy to say that the majority of my business comes from referrals from existing clients. I look forward to working with you to find the right type of coverage to suit your insurance needs.
